Supported by machine learning and verified by researchers, our database contains information on the gender equality policies and performance of over 5,000 companies.

We are proud to offer Assessment and Certification to privately held organizations, including non-profits. Our new assessment tool is powered by Ethisphere (link to site), which not only ensures that your data is highly secure, but will also provide a comprehensive report based on your rating, including industry benchmarks (800+ companies), observations, recommendations and resources for improvement.

As private companies are not bound by the same disclosure mandates as public companies, we rely on self-reported data, individually validated by our research team.

Looking to get your small business off to a good start?

Many startups and small businesses find the abbreviated Gender Fair Assessment useful as a learning tool to help shape employee policies to incorporate into their company now or in the future. We encourage companies to begin on the right path towards gender fairness, and measure improvements over time.

1. Initial Assessment

To begin your assessment, download your MNDA form, and click the "Begin Your Assessment" to get started. Our self-reporting survey can be completed by your Human Resources representative in one sitting, or saved for your convenience, and customer service is standing by to assist you with any questions. We’ll be able to process your data and return your initial results to you within 2 working days.

$500

If you prefer to speak with a representative or are unable to make online payments, please contact us via phone or email.

2. Validation

Once you have received your Initial Assessment Report Card, it is your choice whether to continue the Certification process by moving on to Validation, or to take time to improve your score before moving on. Companies that meet the Gender Fair standard (scoring 70 or more of 100 points) must proceed with Validation in order to be Certified. The Validation process typically takes about 1 work week, and is conducted by a dedicated research associate.
