Companies that are certified Gender Fair™ have best-in-class fairness practices.
This means that the company’s leadership, employee policies, supplier diversity, philanthropy, and marketing all exceed current benchmark standards to demonstrate a committed progress on gender equality.
Only after rigorous research and analysis using our proprietary metrics are companies determined to score an A rating on our index (see our metrics here). Companies that wish to use the Gender Fair™ Mark must agree to pay a yearly licensing fee.
Gender Fair™ is a designation earned by only 15% of U.S. companies surveyed. Check out these highlights to learn how they’re doing it.
