Companies that are certified Gender Fair® have best-in-class fairness practices.
This means that the company’s leadership, employee policies, supplier diversity, philanthropy, and marketing all exceed current benchmark standards to demonstrate a committed progress on gender equality.
Only after rigorous research and analysis using our proprietary metrics are companies determined to score an A rating on our index (see our metrics here). Companies that wish to use the Gender Fair Mark must agree to pay a yearly licensing fee.
Gender Fair is a designation earned by only 16% of U.S. companies surveyed.
