GENDER FAIR COMPANIES
After rigorous research and analysis using our proprietary metrics, which are based on the UN's Women's Empowerment Principles, Gender Fair™ has determined that the following companies have all scored an A on our index and are deemed to be Gender Fair™.
This means that the company's leadership, employee policies (including parental leave and supplier diversity), philanthropy/CSR, and marketing all exceed current benchmarks and demonstrate the company's progress on gender equality. Only 15 percent of U.S. companies surveyed meet this standard. Companies that wish to be certified Gender Fair™ must agree to pay a yearly licensing fee.
